This session is great for beginners and those looking to advance their meditation practice.

We will discuss what you are seeking through meditation and look at your present practice to find a way for you to get deeper into your experience.

Objectives for the session are:

  • Review your present practice (if you have one)
  • Discern the outcome that you really want
  • Analyze your internal obstacles to meditation
  • Create a new routine that will be more beneficial for your life goals

  1. Physical meditation for stress release and relaxation
  2. Mental/ Emotional release for clarity and rejuvenation
  3. Self Discovery meditation to explore purpose, meaning and your life direction
  4. Silent Meditation for transcendence
