This fast paced, interactive workshop helps you to communicate to others your business management ideas, while helping you to think through the major components of business development.  We also highlight the difference between the skills you need as an entrepreneur, and the skills you need to develop as a business manager.  You will get the opportunity to speak about your business development while inviting insights from other business owners in the workshop. In this workshop we learn to set clear and focused goals that will create a map to take your business to the profitable destination that you always dreamed of.  The map must be clear because it is so easy to get busy with crisis management that you forget where you are going.  To be successful a business must  have a clear map, constantly refer to their map so they stay on track, and easily find detours when they hit road blocks.  Come learn the art of business mapping and be sure everyone on your team knows the route you are taking so they can go with you.
