Guided Meditation for Dissolving Negative Thoughts
[Introduction]
Welcome to this guided meditation for dissolving negative thoughts. Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, and gently close your eyes. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your body to relax.
[Breathing and Centering]
Begin by focusing on your breath. Inhale deeply through your nose, feeling your lungs expand. Hold for a moment, and then exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension. Continue this deep, rhythmic breathing, allowing each breath to bring you into a state of calm and relaxation.
[Body Scan]
Now, bring your awareness to your body. Starting at your toes, slowly scan upwards noticing any areas of tension or discomfort. As you breathe in, imagine sending your breath to these areas, and as you exhale, feel the tension melting away. Continue this process, moving up through your legs, torso, arms, and finally to your head. Now imagine a pretty colorful crystal pouring light into any areas of tension that still exist. Feel that light relaxing your body and breaking through any resistance you are holding.
[Grounding Visualization]
Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet, extending deep into the earth. Feel the stability and support of the ground beneath you. These roots anchor you, providing a sense of security and connection to the earth. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more grounded and centered. Allow that pretty crystal to help move your energy into the earth and strengthen your roots.
[Inviting Negative Thoughts]
Sit quietly watching for thoughts that may arise. If you see, or hear any negative thoughts, use your pretty crystal to simply dissolve them or blow them up and break them apart. Then wait and watch for the next thought to arise. Continue to blow up any that you find will leave negative energy in your system.
With each breath, gently guide the light of your crystal deep into the center of negative thoughts, teaching your mind that you will not accept their presence any longer. Watch as the light breaks them apart. Do they dissolve easily, or do you need to forcefully blow them up? Know that these negative thoughts are no longer a part of you; they are being erased by the crystal’s light energy.
[Affirmations]
Once you feel that you have eliminated enough for today, continue to breathe deeply, repeat one or more of the following affirmations silently or out loud:
I am at peace with myself.I release all negative thoughts and embrace positivity.I am worthy of love and happiness.I am in control of my thoughts and emotions.
[Visualization of Light]
Now, imagine the warm, colourful lights of the crystal surrounding you. This light represents positivity, love, and healing. Feel this light enveloping your entire being, filling you with warmth and comfort. Allow this light to dissolve any remaining negativity, replacing it with a sense of peace and well-being.
Allow yourself to fully immerse in this peaceful environment with your new clear energy.

As you continue to relax, visualize a gentle waterfall nearby. The water is crystal clear and soothing. Imagine stepping under the waterfall, feeling the cool, refreshing water washing over you. As the water flows over your body, it carries away any remaining stress, tension, and negativity. Feel yourself becoming lighter and more at ease with each passing moment.
[Closing]
Take a few more deep breaths, feeling the positive energy flowing through you. When you are ready, gently bring your awareness back to the present moment. Wiggle your fingers and toes and slowly open your eyes. Take a moment to appreciate the calm and clarity you have cultivated.
